Please read through this page carefully before bump-in and keep it handy during the weekend.
Event Overview
The Green Ant Craft Fair will be held at the Territory Netball Stadium as a ticketed indoor event.

Public Bus Routes + frequency
- Routes: 1, 2, 3, 5, 22, 25
- Frequency: every 30 minutes
- Travel time: approx. 21 minutes from Darwin City

- Fare estimate: $30–$35 AUD from Darwin City
- Travel time: 15–20 minutes (traffic dependent)

Bump-in & Bump-out
Bump-in — Friday 28 November 2025 From 12:00pm
- Entry via the Abala Road carpark.
- Unload quickly, then move your vehicle away from the entrance before setting up.
- No unattended vehicles in front of the stadium.
- All stalls must be set up Friday afternoon and remain until after 4:00pm Sunday (no early pack-downs).
- Drive at walking speed within the precinct.
- The stadium closes at 7:00pm Friday — complete set-up before then.
- Roller doors will be open for bump-in / bump-out access.
Saturday notes Parking
- Stadium opens at 7:00am.
- Please keep the main carpark available for disabled and elderly patrons.
- Best parking for stallholders: underneath the stadium (cooler + lift access for trolleys).
Bump-out — Sunday 30 November (after 4:00pm)
- Pack down your stall completely and move items to the foyer before bringing your vehicle to the front.
- Vehicles must move in/out efficiently for a smooth bump-out.
- Drive at walking speed within the precinct.
- If you hired tables/chairs, pack them down after the event and leave them at your stall.
Stall Information
Site allocation & walkways
- Your hired space is your boundary — do not exceed it.
- Keep aisles and public walkways clear for safety and traffic flow.
Parking rules
- No parking outside designated spaces and no verge/grass parking.
- Please use the underground carpark to keep premium parking for customers.
- Report any accidents/damage immediately (organisers may ban stallholders who fail to report).
Stall fittings, tables/chairs, electrical
- You are responsible for your set-up, display systems, float/change, and stall furniture unless hired.
- Table hire: 1800 x 600mm tables $25 each; chairs $5 each (request by 14/11/2025).
- Electrical equipment must be tested & tagged or brand new (unused).
- No signage outside your allocated stall space.
- All gazebos/tables/chairs must have rubber stoppers (or use carpet underneath).
Venue entry, trading expectations
- Venue access: from 7am Saturday and 8am Sunday.
- No setup permitted after 8:45am Saturday.
- Trading hours: 9am–4pm. No stallholders to leave before 4pm.
Entry fees & wristbands
- Entry fee: $4 pre-sale until 11:59pm 28/11/2025 ($5 at gate).
- Each stall receives two (2) stallholder wristbands; additional staff pay entry.
- Wristbands provided at bump-in.
Waste, housekeeping, smoking/vaping
- Remove your stall rubbish — public bins are not for stall waste.
- Clean your stall area on exit Sunday; remove broken fixtures and any tape/markings.
- No smoking/no vaping inside the event boundary; use designated smoking areas outside.
- If you see spills, contact Hannah immediately.

Invitation-only participation & attendance
Attendance is invitation-only. Applications express interest and do not guarantee acceptance.
Trading hours & early pack-down prohibition Important
All stallholders must be present and open for trading from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Packing up before 4:00pm Sunday is strictly prohibited and may result in loss of eligibility for future fairs and loss of the $100 security deposit.
Professional conduct, walkways, security
- Keep walkways clear at all times.
- Be respectful to stallholders, patrons, organisers, and representatives.
- You’re responsible for the security of stock, equipment, cash, and belongings.
Waste management & cleanup
- Remove stall waste (do not use public bins for stall waste).
- End-of-day cleanup is required; remove any tape/markings and all stall items.
- Eco-friendly bags are encouraged.

Fire — Standard Fire Orders RACE
- R — Rescue: Rescue any person in immediate danger (if safe).
- A — Alarm: Raise the alarm; call 000 and/or contact the site manager.
- C — Contain: Contain the fire (close doors/remove combustibles if safe).
- E — Evacuate: Evacuate to the assembly area.
The emergency meeting point is marked on the stadium fire evacuation plan.
First Aid
First Aid kits are kept at the info desk at the main entry. First Aid contact is the site manager.
